I had never been in an accident before, and I didn’t realize the paperwork could be so extensive and the insurance companies so unsympathetic. Luckily when I hired Joel Schwartz’s firm, they took the reins of my case and made everything a breeze, treating me like family the whole time. I have only positive things to say about my experience with this law firm. My child was struck by a vehicle while riding his scooter in the road. I was devastated and so concerned for his safety and the future effects on his health. Joel H. Schwartz was professional, accommodating, and would answer even my silliest and most hysterical motherly questions without being condescending. I was completely overwhelmed when I was injured in a motor vehicle accident. I had a three month recovery, and was inundated with paperwork and phone calls to/from the insurance companies. Upon hiring the law firm of Joel Schwartz, the burden of handling my own claim was lifted. I worked specifically with Atty Thomas DiBiase and paralegal Will Nunes. They are great; kind,understanding, and accomodating. They explained everything that they would be doing over the coming months to resolve my claim, and kept in contact throughout the process. I also received a timely response whenever I contacted the office with questions. I never felt that I was "just another client." My claim was resolved quickly, my medical bills were negotiated for me, and Atty DiBiase and Will Nunes were able to maximize my recovery in the settlement. I have been totally satisfied with Joel H Schwartz's Firm. Tom Di Biase anhis assistant Will Nunes have been very helpful with my 2 workers comp cases.
